AHC has delivered the best of the best control & monitoring centralized platform for most of the branches of Riyad Bank in the Kingdom. It is a computer-based control system that controls and automates many aspects of a building, from fire and smoke detection to lighting and heating, ventilation and air conditioning to video surveillance and security. Everything is interconnected with a building management system with a goal toward streamlining and improving the efficiency. A modern, effective BMS can improve productivity, save money on operating costs, and ensure comfort and safety for the people working in the buildings. BMS provided is able to manage illumination (i.e., lighting/HVAC/other) by monitoring the electricity consumption, cut energy costs, monitor climate, air flow and temperature. All the branches would be able to accessed from the Head quarter for each minute parameter of each system.
