DHC MAKAREM AL MADINAH HOTEL – BMS

AHC is designing the BMS system tailored to the project requirement. A Twelve DDC control panels strategically located throughout the building will enable the operator to manage the chillers and all the other HVAC systems (FCUs, FAHUs, Exhaust Fans, Pressurization fan, etc...) and monitoring the electrical meters via multiple protocols once integrated to the BMS system. With that, the operator will be enabled to oversee and manage the ventilation & air conditioning systems within the public areas at the hotel to create a comfortable environment for guests and staff. Additionally, the system will be integrating with other multiple 3rd party systems (such as lighting, fire, etc...) to optimize the energy management for overall operation.
